As one of St. Louis’ most established commercial real estate firms, Gershman Commercial Real Estate needed a brand identity that signaled a new era.

Through in-depth conversations with leadership and key partners / clients, along with a competitive review, several themes rose to the top: deep knowledge of the St. Louis market, a comprehensive suite of client-first services, and an experienced team of real estate professionals.

We positioned Gerhsman as a firm built for the next generation of business: experienced, flexible and entrepreneurial. The new color palette was selected to differentiate from competitors. Type was chosen for its clarity, reinforcing Gershman’s reputation for producing—and sharing— industry-leading research. Cheers to Gershman on success for the next 75 years!
