Policy & Procedure Software, All Grown Up

Comprose

Comprose, makers of Zavanta software, launched a rebrand that reflects their expertise in policy and procedure management.

A smiling person with glasses sits at a desk with a laptop. Overlaid text reads: Lead with confidence. Govern with trust. The background features abstract blue and white shapes.

Comprose has one of the best tools on the market for helping companies keep their policies and procedures up-to-date and audit-ready.

Comprose came to us at a pivotal moment. Their Zavanta software replaces general-purpose tools with a structured, easy-to-use system for managing policies and procedures. Import your documents, connect them to regulations and use AI tools to manage updates and access. Sprehe was brought on to develop the brand, marketing materials and a design system to use across all communication.

Research revealed a trusted, end-to-end solution that would keep Zavanta users compliant and free from audits. The experience of using Zavanta yielded attributes of connection and security. The brand built on this data, with the brandmark’s segmented shapes forming a web or safety net around the user, while keeping everyone—and every thing— connected.
